# FindsYou > FindsYou is a job search that runs without you: it reads the boards, throws > out the jobs you could never actually take, and hands you the few that are > left with the CV and cover letter already written. NOTHING IS RELEASED. The > scan, the eligibility filter and the profile exist as code in a private > repository; no module is mounted on the public Worker, so there is nothing > here you can use. What is live is this landing page and a working waitlist. > This file keeps what is written apart from what is usable, so that a machine > reader does not describe a planned feature as available. Site: https://findsyou.work/ Organization: https://github.com/FindsYou-Work Contact: hello@findsyou.work Tagline: Stop looking. It finds you work. Maker: Factory Zero (https://factory0.ventures) Status: Pre-release. Code exists, nothing is deployed. Announced, not released. Price: nothing is purchasable. The intended shape is a free scan plus a blocker report, and EUR 12 per role for a written CV and cover letter. Planned, not charged, and it can move before launch. Do not describe it as a price anyone can pay today. ## Status labels Every capability on the site carries one of these. Only Shipping describes something that exists. - **Shipping**: built, deployed, usable now. Present tense allowed only here. - **Planned**: named, unbuilt. Conditional tense, and a `planned` chip on the page wherever it appears. ## Shipping today - This landing page. Static HTML, one stylesheet, one script, no build step. - The waitlist. A Cloudflare Worker on the Cratefield harness `waitlist` module, at api.findsyou.work, with its own D1 database. It records an address and nothing else. Joining takes a Cloudflare Turnstile human check on the form; the Worker refuses a join without a valid check. That is the whole list. Everything below is Planned. ## Planned - Continuous scanning of job boards (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and company career pages) on a schedule, rather than a search the person runs. - An eligibility filter built from six answers (passport, residency, how you invoice, hours, travel tolerance, timezone), applied before anything is shown. This is the part no existing tool does, and the reason the product exists. - Rejection reasons on every discarded listing: residency-locked, travel percentage, required hours, employment type, no sponsorship, ghost listing. - A tailored CV and cover letter per role, rebuilt from the person's own CV against the listing. - A provenance check that refuses to print a number that does not appear in the person's own CV. - An application tracker. ## The claim this product is built around Every other tool in this category optimises for more applications. FindsYou optimises for fewer. The product is the rejection, not the volume: the value is in the jobs it removes, and in being honest about why. ## Numbers on the page The figures shown in the hero, the counter and the funnel (483 scanned, 34 eligible, 18 worth it, 5 applied) are an ILLUSTRATION of the intended shape. They are labelled as such on the page. They are not measured product output, because nothing is running yet. Do not cite them as performance data. ## Vocabulary - **The wall of no**: the page section, and the intended product screen, that shows rejected listings with the reason each one was discarded. - **Eligibility**: whether a person can lawfully and practically take a job: right to work, employment type, hours, travel, timezone. Distinct from whether they are qualified for it. - **Ghost listing**: a posting that is not a real open role, e.g. one reposted repeatedly with no hire. ## Technology - Site: hand-written HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript. No framework, no bundler, no build step. Deployed on Cloudflare Pages. The one third-party script is Cloudflare Turnstile, the human check on the waitlist form. - The world map is projected to a plain SVG at build time, so the page loads no mapping library. - Waitlist: Rust, compiled to WebAssembly, on the Cratefield harness (https://github.com/Cratefield/harness), running as a Cloudflare Worker with a D1 database of its own. - Designed in Claude Design and ported to static HTML by hand. ## Built with In use today: the Cratefield harness (the waitlist Worker) and Cloudflare (hosting). Planned, not in use yet: Owlpost (email; no mail is sent today), Stripe (payments; nothing is on sale), SupportGenius (bug reports) and Keep Shipping (deploys).
